Upon receiving a valid closure request, x8880 will process any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Sections 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 of this Agreement survive termination.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent x8880 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
x8880 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — x8880 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the email address registered to your account and/or a prominent notice on the x8880 platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any term, or changes required for legal compliance) may take effect immediately upon publication. The date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version of the Terms and Conditions became effective.
